This FAQ entry is intended exclusively for customers who have been directly referred by our support team.

To ensure that, the CPU is tested under a constant load, please follow this guide to Prime95:

Step 1:

The download link can be found here.

Step 2: 

Create a new folder on your desktop and extract the zip file into this new folder. 

Step 3:

After launching the executable application named "prime95.exe" a small window should pop up. A checkmark should be set to "Small FFTs". 

This will automatically adjust the other values, such as number of torture test threads (depending on your CPU). Please do not change these values.

Step 4: 

After the test is completed, please follow the guide for HWiNFO.
